When visiting Las Vegas, Nevada and searching for a quirky yet delicious dessert, you must try Recess ice cream desserts. Not only will you love the selection of ice cream, but this is an ideal Instagram lovers dream location. Located about a 20-25-minute drive from the Las Vegas strip.

What makes this a special place to visit? Not only because you will have freshly made, yummy, and in-house Italian ice desserts, but you can also choose your flavor combination along with a variety of decadent toppings. 

The pictures will demonstrate how delicious and fun this little shop is. Known as being an “Instagram” favorite because the ice cream desserts are wonderfully photogenic, but the decor offers the perfect background as well!

Though the shop is small, they have decorated it with a cute and fun vibe. It is a great place to enjoy as an adult, but your kids of all ages will love this as well.

What makes this store unique is how they serve their dessert. There are cute Teddy Bears and Fish cones that are made from cake. They offer a wide range of flavors and you can even create a custom mix. My personal favorite was the green tea!

Final Thoughts:

This is a funky, fun way to have ice cream with a creative twist. Before going, I had read so many good reviews online. They were absolutely accurate. Though it seemed a little out of the way, it was worth the drive! I must admit that I thought I would just take a picture of my ice cream for an Instagram post and only eat a little. However, after a couple of bites, I happily devoured the entire ice cream, Teddy Bear and all. Needless to say, I will exercise later to work it off! I highly recommend enjoying this quirky little ice cream store.
