How do you make a chicken salad sandwich recipe that is Always5Star? I have some simple secret ingredients that will put this sandwich on your most favorite list. I consider this sandwich a luxury lunch that can be gifted to a friend or family member. For my daughter’s birthday this year, I decided to surprise her with this sandwich and it was a hit!
A Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large celery stalk, finely diced
- 25 red large seedless grapes, quartered
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Use reduced fat if you prefer)
- 1 heaping tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dry Dressing Mix
- 3 cups of chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts chopped
- Croissants
3 cups of chopped cooked chicken or turkey
Directions:
- In a large bowl combine celery, grapes, chicken, mayonnaise, and Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning. Mix well.
- Fold in nuts.
- Important: allow to refrigerate overnight!
- Serve on a fresh croissants…oh la la!

An important part of this recipe that makes it a fabulous success is to allow the flavors to meld together. Preparing this the day before and refrigerating it overnight allows for the flavor to be the best!
