Well, turn on the music, put on your sandals, and grab your sunglasses 😎…because I have an Always5Star recipe that will set the mood for your summer fun! Simple, easy and fast – soon you will be picturing yourself lounging on a beach chair and hearing the sound of ocean waves.

Ingredients
• 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
• 1 cup coconut rum
• 1 fresh pineapple
• maraschino cherries for garnish
5StarTip🌟:
Make sure the bottle of champagne is chilled as well as the coconut rum!
Directions
In a blender place:
2.5 cups of pineapple chunks with its juice
1 cup coconut rum
crushed ice
Blend until smooth all the above ingredients
Pour blended ingredients into a glass only 3/4 full
Top remainder of glass with Champagne – pouring slowly as to not have the glass overflow.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry if desired and pineapple. Makes approximately four servings.
