Delightful Recipe for Blue Curaçao Champagne Cocktail

Have you ever heard of a blue curaçao champagne cocktail? My first introduction to this delightful and fun champagne cocktail in Switzerland. I enjoyed this at the Jungfraujoch, Top Of Europe restaurant called Restaurant Crystal. The blue color seemed perfect for this rather cold destination and appropriate for this epic experience!

Since then I have thought about recreating this cocktail and was surprised at how incredibly easy it is to make. You simply put the three ingredients together and voilà, you have a blue champagne cocktail. The best part is that Tiffany Blue is one of my favorite colors. And it is the right color to bring out your inner Audrey Hepburn for a “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” moment! That makes this just about the perfect cocktail for me!

Below you will find the quick and easy recipe to enjoy this fabulous blue champagne cocktail.

Cheers to Blue!

Ingredients

• 1 bottle Chilled Champagne or Sparkling Wine (note: Prosecco was used for this recipe)
• Blue curaçao liqueur (can be purchased at any wine store)
• Lemon peel for a little pizzaz

🌟 Tip: Make sure to chill your champagne/sparkling wine and blue curaçao liqueur before pouring into your champagne glass.

Directions

🌟 Fill the champagne about 1/2 way into the glass

🌟 Add about 1 tablespoon of the blue curaçao liqueur

🌟 Add lemon peel

🌟 Ta-Da! You have your blue champagne cocktail!

This is so quick and easy that you will find it a fun way to liven up any occasion, even a large party.

5STarTip🌟: For a boy baby shower, this would be a perfect champagne cocktail to serve too!
